Facts and Questions

Q: What is permanent jewelry?

A: It’s custom-fit jewelry that’s welded on — no clasp, no fuss. Meant to stay on as long as you want!

Q: Can I wear permanent jewelry during an MRI?

A: Most MRI centers will ask you to remove all jewelry — even permanent pieces. While my chains are lightweight and non-magnetic, you should always follow your doctor’s or technician’s instructions. If you need to remove your jewelry for a scan, just snip it at the jump ring and I’ll re-weld it afterward at no charge.

Q: Do you travel for events?

A: I’m based in Palm Beach County and currently booking events in South Florida. If you’re outside the area, message me — I might still be able to make it happen!

Q: Does it hurt?

A: Nope! The welding spark never touches your skin. It’s quick and totally painless.

Q: Is there a minimum age for permanent jewelry?

A: Yes — I don’t offer permanent jewelry for babies or toddlers. The client must be old enough to sit still, follow instructions, and consent to the process (typically 10+ with a parent present). For minors, I require a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver and be present during the weld.

Q: How do I care for my permanent jewelry?

A: Treat your piece like fine jewelry! It’s designed to be low-maintenance, but it still needs a little love. Here are my top tips:

    •    Avoid tugging or pulling — it can stretch or weaken the chain over time

    •    Gently clean with mild soap and water or a soft jewelry cloth

    •    Avoid harsh chemicals like perfumes, lotions, and cleaning sprays

    •    Sterling silver can tarnish in chlorine or hot tubs — it’s best to avoid them if you’re wearing silver

    •    Gold-filled and enamel are more resistant, but chlorine can still cause fading over time

    •    Be extra cautious with anklets during workouts, sand, or boots — they can get yanked easily

Even though it’s “permanent,” it still deserves some low-key TLC to stay looking beautiful!

Q: How long does it last?

A: With proper care, it can last months (even years). It’s waterproof and beach-ready, but treat it like fine jewelry.

Q: Do you offer private parties?

A: Definitely! I book parties with a $75 deposit and a $400 minimum spend (usually 8 guests). You can find more details on my Services page.

Q: What if it breaks or I need to remove it?

A: If you still have the chain, I’ll re-weld it for free! If it’s lost, we can replace it at regular pricing. You can also cut it off at the jump ring if needed.

Q: Can I customize a charm or chain?

A: Absolutely! I love themed events and meaningful touches. Let me know in advance so I can check my inventory or order what you need.
