All clients are required to sign a waiver before receiving permanent jewelry.

    •    The waiver can be found at the top of this page.

    •    At all pop-up events, a QR code will be displayed at the table to access the waiver before purchase

    •    Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign and stay during the service

 

Please review all policies prior to purchase. Signing the waiver confirms your understanding and agreement.

Re-Welds:

Free re-welds are offered at any time, as long as the original chain is returned.

    •    Chains must be in good condition to be eligible for reattachment.

    •    If the chain is lost or damaged beyond repair, a new chain will need to be purchased.

 

Refunds:

All sales are final. Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and welded, and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Care Reminder:

While durable, permanent jewelry is not indestructible. It should be treated like fine jewelry. Breaks due to pulling, snagging, or wear and tear are not considered product defects.

 

    •    If you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled event within 60 days (based on availability).

    •    Please give at least 48 hours notice for reschedules.

    •    A $400 minimum spend is required for all private bookings.

    •    This is typically met with 8 guests choosing premium pieces.

    •    If the minimum isn’t met, the host may choose to cover the remaining balance.

No-shows may forfeit their deposit.

Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.

Permanent jewelry is offered for clients ages 10 and up. For safety and cooperation during the welding process, I do not offer permanent jewelry to children under 10. Clients must be able to sit still, follow instructions, and fully consent to the service.

    •    A parent or legal guardian is required for anyone 15 and under — they must be present during the service and sign a waiver on behalf of the minor.

    •    Clients 16 and older may sign their own waiver.

    •    A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to book a private party.

    •    This deposit goes toward your final total and secures your event date.

    •    Final payment is due the day of the event.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major cards via our Square system.

Payment is due at the time of service.

    •    I currently serve Palm Beach County and surrounding areas.

    •    Travel outside this area may require a small additional fee — please reach out to discuss.
